The difference

Everyone else hands you a rate card and a box marked "custom price."

That falls apart the moment a contractor negotiates, a zip code costs more to reach, or shingles weigh three times what household debris does. Here, every job resolves through exactly one template, in a fixed order — so two people quoting the same job land on the same number.

01

Customer template

Assigned to the account. Wherever they order, their negotiated rates win.

02

Territory template

Matched on the job address. Zip beats county, so the long haul prices itself.

03

Company base

Your list rate. The fallback nothing slips past, and the rate everything inherits from.

Rates that match how the work actually varies

By rental term — 1, 3, 7, 10, 14 day tiers, or add your own
By debris type — shingles priced apart from household
By container size — weight allowance and overweight rate per row
Seasonal and surge rules — date ranges, days of week, or both
Fuel, mileage and card fees — line-itemed or folded into the price
Inheritance — change your base rate once, every template follows

Overridden values show in blue. Untouched values keep following your base rate — so you raise prices once instead of in forty places.

The rest of the day

Everything else a roll-off operation runs on

One system from the first phone call to the paid invoice. No tab-juggling, no double entry.

01

Book a job in under a minute

One screen: customer, address, size, date. Availability and price fill in as you type, so you quote while they're still on the phone.

02

Dispatch board

Drag stops between trucks, watch ETAs slip in real time, and send overflow to partner haulers without leaving the board.

03

Container tracking

Live status per can, idle-day flags, and a 28-day availability forecast that answers "can we take this Thursday?"

04

Invoicing & payments

Invoices tied to the orders that produced them — extra days, overweight tonnage and dump fees included. Estimates, contracts and recurring plans too.

05

Exceptions first

Overdue pickups, unassigned stops, overdue invoices and accounts on hold — ranked on one screen instead of hiding across four.

06

Customer portal

Give contractors a login. They book swaps and pickups at 11pm at their own negotiated rates. Your phone stops ringing for routine work.

Free tool

The tonnage you're already eating

Overweight loads come off the dump ticket, not the invoice — unless something puts them there. Move the sliders to your numbers.

Unbilled overweight, per month

$1,040

$12,480 a year, off 16 loads a month that tipped over the allowance.

Set the allowance and overweight rate per container size and debris type once, and the tonnage bills itself off the dump ticket.

Rough math, your numbers. Nothing sent anywhere.

Who builds this

We haul. That's why the details are right.

Plenty of software says it was built by haulers. Here's the part that's harder to fake — the things you only get wrong once before you fix them for good.

Delivery day counts, or it doesn't. A 7-day rental dropped Monday — due Sunday or Monday? It's a setting, because yards genuinely differ.

Shingles aren't household debris. Same 20-yard can, different weight, different price, different allowance.

A can sitting idle is money. Idle-day flags and a 28-day forecast, because utilisation is the whole business.

Credit holds warn, they don't block. A manager can override and it's logged. Real operations need the exception.
